Rubber Roller Basis Information

Biaxially oriented produced的行film, generally the first machine direction orientation and then transverse direction orientation. The basic process is as follows:

Raw material mix: The main raw material required for the production of BOPP film is Mylar masterbatch slice. Polyester chips, also known as polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyester film masterbatch chips contain silica, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate and other substances.
Melt extrusion: In the production process of polyester film, it must go through the melt extrusion process. The process equipment used includes extruders,menting pumps and filters.
Casting system: The casting system consists of a die head, a cold roll and an attachment device for the casting sheet. Die head is the key part affecting the thickness and uniformity of the casting.
isse Strapping: MDO (Machine Direction Orientation): The process is processed by rollers, realizing orientation by using the speed difference between rollers. The machine is composed of snareheating roller, MDO stretching roller, MDO nip roller, etc.
TDO (Transverse Direction Orientation): Another important process in BOPP film production, mainly completed by the TDO machine with complex structure including oven, clamp, chain, guide rail, and lubrication system.
