HUATAO's grommet screens are designed as replacement screens for Rotex® separators in mineral screening applications. These wire screens feature eyelets for secure attachment to existing frames, with reinforced mesh edges using either PU strips or 180-degree folded mesh with stainless steel grommets.

Our rectangular mesh design provides up to 30% larger open screening area compared to standard meshes, increasing throughput capacity without compromising screen life. Available for all common cut sizes, these screens are versatile for both coarse and fine mineral separations.

Compatible with all types and sizes of mineral processing machines, our grommet screens can be customized with stainless steel hooks for Megatex® screeners. Made with high-grade stainless steel grommets in round or oval shapes for maximum durability in demanding mining environments.
